Michael J. Sprys, D.O., is a board-certified physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT), serving as one of the founding partners of Precision Longevity and Family Medicine. A Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Sprys provides full-spectrum primary care for patients of all ages, from wellness exams to acute and chronic illness management. He is also an FMCSA-Certified Medical Examiner conducting DOT physicals and is pursuing advanced certification in Longevity Medicine. Integrating cutting-edge peptide therapy, nutritional optimization, and intravenous vitamin protocols, he helps patients prevent disease, enhance vitality, and achieve peak physiologic function.
Trained in the holistic principles of osteopathic medicine, Dr. Sprys views the body as an integrated system and emphasizes prevention, structural balance, and self-healing. Dr. Sprys graduated from Texas A&M University in 2004 and earned his D.O. from the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. During medical school, he served as a teaching assistant and Undergraduate Teaching Fellow in the Department of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine. He completed his family medicine residency at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in Lubbock in 2012 and has practiced in West Texas ever since. A Gulf Coast native now rooted in Lubbock since 2009, Dr. Sprys is married to Dr. Eileen Sprys. Together they raise four children, two dogs, six chickens, and a ball python named Archie—embracing a vibrant, hands-on family life that mirrors his whole-person approach to medicine.

He earned his undergraduate degree from Lubbock Christian University in 2003, followed by his medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in 2007. Dr. Key completed his family medicine residency at TTUHSC in 2010, laying a strong foundation for a career dedicated to preventive care, chronic disease management, and performance optimization across all life stages.
